Every summer, Fiona and Shadi return to Menorca with their children, Sami and Zaki, to enjoy their family holidays. We first met years ago when I had the chance to photograph their wedding on the island. Since then, each visit to Menorca becomes a new opportunity to document their story through family photo sessions.

This year, we chose to explore a very special place: an old stone quarry. Its tall walls and surrounding vegetation create the perfect microclimate to escape the summer heat, allowing the children to enjoy their family photos without being under the blazing sun. They ran, played, and explored every corner with boundless energy.
