laura, pol & Hugo Beach family photoshoot in menorca To me, this photo shoot was very special. I have known Laura since we were children, as we grew up together in the same neighborhood. When she contacted me to photograph her wedding at Sant Joan de Binissaida, I was thrilled to reconnect with her after so many years and to discover that she was still the calm and joyful person I remembered. Some time later, she contacted me again for a pregnancy photo shoot, but due to the pandemic and the fact that they don’t live in Menorca, that pregnancy shoot turned into a family photo shoot. It was wonderful to see them again and to photograph Hugo on his first time at the beach. Location: Playa Cavalleria, Menorca.

Kate, Monte & Isaiah Family photo session in menorca I received a message from this American family who was on vacation and looking to have a family photo session in Menorca. They told me they wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to be together and create memories that would last forever. According to them, in day-to-day life, they forget the importance of having photos together. Isaiah, the youngest of the family, had fun running and playing with his parents through the old town of Ciutadella. To achieve natural and spontaneous family photos, I approached the session as a guided tour of the city, so Isaiah didn’t even realize he was being photographed. Location: Ciutadella de Menorca.

When I’m photographing shoots with children, I focus so much on making sure they feel comfortable that I didn’t even realize I had given her my Instagram. What a surprise when she reached out to me! Photographing her family in the Binibeca and Binisafua area was an experience I’ll never forget. The kids didn’t stop joking, jumping, and laughing throughout the entire photoshoot.
