All pregnancies are special for me, but when a couple to whom I have been their wedding photographer contacts me to give me the great news, that makes me especially excited, to see how their relationship evolves, from the first couple session, to her wedding and then to pregnancy … I can not ask for more as a photographer.
We already knew each other very well, and we could feel that during the session, Gràcia and I tried to keep our composure and look like serious people, while Sergio put on the “I can’t believe that these two have managed to get me on another photo session” face when we had a fit of laughter and couldn’t stop laughing with tears in our eyes.
We decided to do their pregnancy session in Sa Nitja, a dilapidated wooden pier located before Cavalleria’ lighthouse. From there there is a beautiful sunset, the truth is that Cavalleria area is one of my favourite spots. We found a fisherman who has his small boat tied up there, so we went on board the ‘llaut’ and took some more photos there.
