Although they had already done an engagement session in Reus, the city in Tarragona where they live, Miriam and Edgar knew that Menorca deserved another engagement near the sea.
Their wedding was going to be in Santa Teresa, a farm in the Cavalleria area, that’s why I suggested to do their engagement at Cala Cavalleria, one of my favorite beaches on the north coast of Minorca. Choosing a place for a session is not easy, especially taking into account that the beaches are usually quite crowded in summer. But we were lucky and we did their session just at the beginning of the season, on a day with some wind, and the beach was practically empty.
Cavalleria has a spectacular sunset, so we met when the sun starts to go down, on a slightly cloudy day, when the light is golden and soft, my favorite.
